Job summary

Slalom is seeking an experienced Logistics & Distribution professional to shape the future of supply chain solutions for clients. You will lead initiatives across analytics, technology, process, and operating models, partnering with clients to transform their logistics networks and customer fulfillment experiences using emerging tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain consulting or working with 3PLs.
• Experience implementing or using logistics systems (TMS, WMS, OMS) and related software.
• Proven ability to lead multiple initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, Technology, Aerospace/Defense, or Automotive.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovative logistics and distribution strategies to optimize network performance.
• Partner with clients to transform business models and customer fulfillment using emerging technologies.
• Diagnose opportunities from interviews, workshops, and data insights to deliver value.
• Drive cross-disciplinary execution across analytics, technology, process and operating model design.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for delivery and sales pursuits.
• Provide guidance on best practices and trends in logistics and supply chain management.
