Job summary

Slalom is seeking a seasoned Logistics & Distribution professional to help clients shape and optimize their supply chains. You will craft innovative strategies, lead cross‑functional teams, and partner with clients to transform fulfillment and network design.

You will work with clients on technology-enabled logistics, analytics, and change management, driving measurable improvements and lasting value across industries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in transportation, warehouse, network design or inventory optimization.
• Background in consulting or working with third‑party logistics providers.
• Experience implementing logistics systems (TMS, WMS, OMS) such as Oracle, SAP, Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates, E2Open.

Responsibilities

• Create the future of logistics and distribution through innovative thought leadership and solutions.
• Develop and implement logistics and supply chain strategies to optimize network performance and efficiency.
• Partner with clients to transform business models and customer fulfillment using emerging technologies.
• Use data from interviews and workshops to identify opportunities delivering value quickly.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives across analytics, technology, process and operating model design.
