Panasonic North America is seeking a Logistics Specialist to drive end-to-end trade operations, reporting, and continuous improvement across global shipping. You will build dashboards, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and support data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Ideal candidates bring a BA/BS in a relevant field, 2+ years in logistics, and experience with Lean methods and data tools like Power BI and Excel. Travel 10–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Industrial, Supply Chain Logistics, or Engineering is required.
• 2+ years of experience in Logistics and Operations teams.
• Lean Continuous Improvement experience required; certification a plus.
• PMP, ASCM certifications a plus; strong data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end trade operations across all shipping modes.
• Lead daily operations stand-ups and management updates.
• Develop data-driven KPI reports and dashboards (Power BI).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive Lean improvements.
• Manage rate and invoicing workflows with global freight network.
