Job summary

Gradian is seeking an experienced Logistics & Compliance Manager to oversee transportation operations, ensuring import/export and regional shipping compliance. You will lead end-to-end logistics, partner with 3PLs, and safeguard operations against regulatory risks.

The role requires 5–8+ years in logistics and trade compliance, knowledge of HTS classifications, and familiarity with ERP/TMS systems. Gradian offers comprehensive benefits and a dynamic, people-first culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or related field.
5-8+ years of logistics operations and trade compliance experience.
Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations (19 CFR), EAR, and ITAR.

Responsibilities

Direct daily freight operations and carrier selection across domestic and international lanes.
Develop and monitor trade compliance programs (import/export, HTS, origin determinations).
Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulators to ensure smooth clearance and audits.
