As the Logistics and Trade Compliance Manager at Atlas Copco, you will oversee and streamline all logistics operations essential for both domestic and international shipments. You will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating activities that guarantee the smooth flow of goods across global supply chains while maintaining compliance with U.S. regulations and international trade requirements. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be the primary logistics subject matter expert, guiding both strategy and execution across the department.
Your leadership will be critical in providing master scheduling and process management for the Logistics Team, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration. You will develop, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive management plans that address logistics strategies, transportation safety, regulatory compliance, cost control, and customer satisfaction within the Compressor Technique business area.

Experience: 7 to 10 years of progressive experience managing import/export logistics and complying with complex trade regulations is preferred. Prior experience holding or familiarity with a Customs Broker license is advantageous.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is required, or equivalent professional experience.
Skills: You must demonstrate strong independent initiative, exemplary organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and sound critical thinking abilities. Expertise in shipping operations, customs clearance processes, cost analysis, and supply chain information systems is essential. Ability to perform effectively both independently and collaboratively in high-pressure situations is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, and Power BI is mandatory. Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet business objectives is expected.
