Job summary

Eisai is seeking a Global Logistics Coordinator to oversee day-to-day global logistics and supply chain operations, coordinating transportation, import/export, and documentation to ensure timely, compliant movement of materials from source to distribution.

The role partners with manufacturing, 3PLs, and customers, manages SAP/ERP transactions, reviews shipping docs, and supports audits, with emphasis on regulatory compliance, traceability, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial documents, packing slips, and Bills of Lading for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Create and maintain packing slips and Bills of Lading for domestic transportation.
• Review, update, and maintain SOPs, routing guides, and WIDs.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs, FDA, USDA, and DEA requirements and support timely customs clearance.
• Coordinate and resolve hazardous materials transportation and shipping compliance.
• Monitor SAP/ERP transactions and coordinate with 3PL providers.
