Job summary

WEG Electric Corp. in Duluth, GA, seeks an International Logistics Analyst to monitor international shipments from departure to delivery and support the international trade compliance function.

You will collaborate with the sales team, customer services reps and supply chain analysts to negotiate rates, resolve transport issues and ensure accurate billing and regulatory adherence. A related degree and 3+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of international trade compliance rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate carrier rates and optimize transportation cost.
• Communicate freight issues with sales, customer service and supply chain teams.
• Support international trade compliance functions.
• Assist with special freight requirements and external warehousing needs.
• Review freight invoices for accuracy and adjustments.
• File claims for damages within insurance limits.
