Job summary

WEG Electric Corp. is recruiting a Shipping Coordinator to oversee all aspects of shipping products to customers and internal transfers. You will plan, schedule, and execute shipments, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse shipping, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with SAP or similar systems. A High School diploma or GED is required, with on-site responsibilities and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Processes small part & LTL shipments, processing in timely and accurate manner.
• Understand the logistics process and procedure.

• Files and processes paperwork in accordance with the established procedures.
• Schedules trucks through systems such as SAP and TMS.
• Keeps accurate records on outgoing shipments.
• Works closely with other departments to ensure timely shipments of all products and accurate tracking in operation system.
• Prepares shipments including taking pictures, writing Bill of Lading/s (BOL) and other required documentation.
• Assists shipping carriers in tracking and shipment information.
