Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Logistics Systems Integration Lead in Morton, IL to drive multi-modal transportation projects across a global network.

You will implement end-to-end solutions, establish best practices, and partner with internal teams and external providers to maximize efficiency. The role requires hands-on design, prototyping, and configuration of processes, with strong knowledge of TMS systems (Blue Yonder, e2open), SQL/Power BI, and Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Experience with transportation of materials and goods to/from suppliers, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and customers.
• Progressively responsible experience in transportation, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience with designing, prototyping, and configuring processes and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish transportation best practices and multi-modal end-to-end solutions.
• Coordinate with transportation and operations to define parameters and process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and build consensus across multiple areas.
• Serve as solution SME across BY TMS, e2open GLO, Data, Reporting, Nexus for international transport.
