Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Operations to lead end-to-end supply chain activities in the Lansing, MI area.

The role requires coordinating forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, distribution, and customer service with internal teams and external providers. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in hardware operations, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership in a manufacturing or supply chain setting.

Qualifications

BS in Industrial engineering, Operations, Logistics or related field.
6+ years in Hardware Operations & Supply chain.
4+ years of leadership in manufacturing or supply chain.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Experience with self-service BI reporting.
Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Drive operational activities with leadership to support business objectives.
Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing and distribution.
Manage the order cycle and ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor KPIs such as OT D and MTTR.
Collaborate with planning, production, shipping and procurement to meet order requirements.
Identify and implement process improvements in logistics.
