Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 6 years in Hardware Operations & Supply Chain, 4 years in leadership.
• Experience with self-service BI reporting and data analytics.
• Strong statistics, OR, and optimization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities across planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
• Monitor and improve OTD, MTTR, and other KPIs through data-driven decisions.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee order cycle, inventory management, and customer shipment fulfillment.
• Develop policies and systems for efficient end-to-end logistics.
