Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Logistics or related field.
• 6+ years in Hardware Operations & Supply Chain with 4+ years of leadership.
• Strong analytics and self-service BI reporting experience.
• Understanding of statistics, OR and transportation optimization.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Flexible hours to support a global operations organization.
• Background check as per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supply chain operations including forecasting and material planning.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing and distribution.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and 3PLs.
• Monitor KPIs like OTD and MTTR.
• Collaborate with planning, production, shipping and procurement.
• Drive process improvements and technology adoption.
• Develop risk management programs for continuity of supply.
• Lead operations specialists team under your guidance.
