Aristocrat is seeking a Senior Category Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain to shape our global sourcing for freight, warehousing, and related services. You will lead cross-functional teams and work with senior leaders to define category strategies and supplier governance.

You will influence cost, service, risk, and performance through strategic supplier engagements and analytics-driven improvements. This role emphasizes autonomy and transformational outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Ability to develop global or multi-region category strategies for logistics and related services.
• Experience leading complex negotiations with logistics providers and service partners.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own the global category strategy for Logistics and Supply Chain Services (freight, warehousing, courier, customs, MRO, transport).
• Establish multi-year sourcing roadmaps aligned with business priorities and targets.
• Lead high-value negotiations and set supplier evaluation criteria and frameworks.
• Structure and negotiate supplier agreements to optimize cost, service, risk, and value.
• Own supplier landscape and governance models; drive supplier segmentation and preferred frameworks.
• Lead senior-level supplier engagements to influence outcomes and drive improvements.
