Aristocrat is seeking a Sr. Category Manager – Professional Services to lead strategic sourcing for consulting, recruitment, legal, and other advisory services. You will partner with senior leaders to define category strategies and manage end-to-end procurement processes.

Ideal candidates have strong negotiation skills, experience with master service agreements and complex engagements, and can navigate a fast-paced, globally distributed organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing and category management for professional services.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience on MSAs/SOWs and complex service arrangements.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, globally distributed organization.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and project-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and uphold complete category strategies for Professional Services aligned with business priorities.
• Analyze spend, supplier landscapes, demand patterns, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including discovery, market analysis, vendor evaluation, and implementation.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, SLAs, and other contractual conditions.
• Establish governance models for consulting, recruitment, legal, and other engagements.
• Serve as procurement advisor to senior leaders and collaborators across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with policies, authorities, and internal controls.
