• Progressive leadership experience in transportation, freight, logistics, or parcel operations.
• Strong experience managing parcel shipments across multiple sites.
• Demonstrated carrier negotiation and RFP experience.
• Strong analytical skills turning transportation data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing significant freight spend and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead parcel and freight strategy across multiple locations.
• Analyze shipping data, spend, service levels, and carrier performance.
• Manage carrier relationships, negotiations, contracts, and RFP processes.
• Identify cost-saving and operational improvement opportunities.
• Develop and track logistics KPIs and performance metrics.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve transportation and distribution processes.
• Use data and analytics to support strategic logistics decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalability across the freight network.
