Job summary

Slalom is hiring in the Logistics & Distribution space within its Global Supply Chain team in the United States. The role focuses on transforming client supply chains with innovative strategies and technology-enabled solutions.

You will lead multi‑discipline projects, shape distribution networks, and guide clients in achieving agility, resilience and optimized customer fulfillment. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in transportation, warehousing or network design.
• Consulting background or work with third-party logistics providers.
• Experience implementing logistics systems (TMS, WMS, OMS).
• Industry exposure across Life Sciences, Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, Tech.
• Strong ability to communicate across C‑Suite to operators.

Responsibilities

• Create the future of logistics and distribution through thought leadership.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize network performance.
• Partner with clients to transform business models and fulfillment experiences.
• Diagnose opportunities from interviews, workshops and data insights.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver holistic supply chain solutions.
• Build client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Support sales pursuits and practice development initiatives.
• Share best practices and emerging trends in logistics.
