Job summary

Limagrain seeks a logistics professional to support the Global Transportation Manager for inbound and outbound shipments across multiple US facilities. You will assist with freight quotes, packaging configurations, and coordination with brokers and trucking partners to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires knowledge of US geography, ERP/MS Office tools, and experience in logistics, procurement or accounting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 years equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Logistics, Procurement or Accounting is highly desirable.
• Good working knowledge of US geography and international shipping basics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and Outlook and ERP systems.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems desirable.
• Strong analytical skills in reporting; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for Global Transportation Manager for inbound and outbound shipments across USA facilities.
• Assist with freight quotation process for export orders; prepare packaging configurations and quotes.
• Coordinate with import brokers for clearance and track shipments to delivery.
• Organize phytosanitary and other regulatory documents; manage export/import reporting.
• Maintain logistics activity reports and audit carrier invoices and payment codes.
