Job summary

Universal Leaf North America (ULNA) is seeking a Logistics Administrator in Nashville, NC to manage international sales orders, coordinate shipments, and support the logistics and origin teams. The role requires attention to detail, experience in transit/logistics, and strong communication with customers and partners.

You will process orders from receipt to delivery, maintain records, and help enforce policies while contributing to process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of domestic and international Transit and Logistics experience.
• Two or more years of experience with government officials, freight forwarders, customs brokers and transportation companies.
• Five or more years of experience in manufacturing and logistics environments.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage international sales orders from receipt to delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, customers, and shipping to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain records of sales orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
• Arrange and monitor international shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customers brokers, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth transportation.
