Job summary

DSV is seeking a Project Manager for Contract Logistics Implementation to plan, budget, and oversee warehousing and distribution initiatives. You will coordinate with clients and internal leaders to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in project management and 5+ years in logistics, with strong Excel/Project skills and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. This is a full-time on-site U.S. role based in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree is basic requirement.
• Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years Logistics/Warehousing Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan project scope and milestones with clear ownership.
• Manage project budget, scope, and schedule with proactive communication.
• Lead regular status meetings and document progress and risks.
• Coordinate input from client and business stakeholders for scope capture.
• Publish and maintain project plans, tasks, due dates and owners.
• Escalate issues and risks to project sponsor when needed.
