Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Solutions division to lead warehousing and distribution center initiatives. You will work with clients and DSV leadership to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget.

The role requires strong planning, proactive communication, and hands-on oversight of internal teams and external contractors. A PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required (Management, Engineering or Operations).
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of Logistics/Warehousing experience.
• English required; Spanish a plus.
• E-commerce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, oversee, and document all project aspects from initiation to closure.
• Lead client and internal teams, ensuring schedule, scope, and budget alignment.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones and critical paths.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and risk/mitigation discussions.
• Escalate issues to management when needed and drive resolution.
