Job summary

International is seeking a Logistics Way Project Manager Lead to join our Lisle, IL team. The role supports all Supply Chain and Logistics verticals, serving as the voice for new programs and supplier sourcing in high-visibility initiatives.

You will collaborate with inbound/outbound transportation, material planning, warehousing, and more, organizing projects and presenting readiness updates at program reviews with executive stakeholders. A strong PM background and Lean/Six Sigma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of project/program management experience.
• 5+ years’ experience working cross-functionally in project management and supply chain/logistics.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project or other project management tools preferred.
• Experience with high-profile, cross-brand, and/or global programs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in new program and category management meetings to learn about upcoming launches and studies requiring Supply Chain and Logistics deliverables.
• Communicate requirements to Supply Chain and Logistics leadership.
• Work with SMEs to identify requirements to support new initiatives.
• Organize projects in a consistent and professional manner.
• Present readiness updates in program reviews, including executive updates as required.
• Communicate ratings to procurement and explain rationale behind the ratings.
• Travel to production locations to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Monitor key metrics and KPIs for projects post-implementation.
• Conduct lessons learned with SC&L leadership to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
