Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• In-office availability (Mon–Fri) required.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced business/supply chain role preferred.
• Associates degree in related field preferred.
• Experience in logistics and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory, availability and shipment with plants and sales.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal teams.
• Provide internal customer communication.
• Identify product location and ensure timely availability.
• Resolve receiving/outgoing issues and maintain data in the database.
• Review export orders and ensure on-time shipment.
• Ensure orders ship accurately and on schedule.
