Job summary

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC seeks an Operations Associate Ocan Export at our Fife, WA facility. The role focuses on handling calls, guiding customers, and updating shipment data to ensure on-time delivery.

The position is direct hire with full benefits and a daytime shift from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate excels in communication and organization and can support Pilot stations and cartage agents.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email.
• Make outgoing calls to follow-up on shipment status and resolve issues.
• Track, trace, enter and update shipments in the system.
• Perform data entry and support pilots and cartage agents.
• Follow procedures for NCS accounts and report changes to management.
