Job summary

Flexport is hiring a Global Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end shipment lifecycles for Ocean and Air freight. You will ensure data integrity, coordinate with partners, and drive on-time performance while upholding SOPs and internal KPIs.

As part of the North American Operations team, you’ll immerse in a collaborative culture with growth opportunities, including potential international relocation and expansion into new markets.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's/Associate's degree OR 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute movement of ocean and air shipments from booking at origin to final delivery.
• Maintain communications with transportation and warehousing partners to facilitate shipments.
• Work cross-functionally within Flexport.
• Ensure on-time shipments and handle exceptions.
• Use metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and performance.
