Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute the movement of ocean and air shipments from origin booking to final delivery.
• Maintain communications with transportation and warehousing partners to ensure in-transit progress.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within Flexport to meet client needs.
• Ensure shipments move on time and handle exceptions per SOPs and KPIs.
• Use data to identify opportunities for improvements and performance gains.
• Validate client shipment data and update schedules to maintain data quality.
