Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Manager, Logistics Operations to own origin transportation, including ocean and air. You will set up origin lanes, manage carrier KPIs, and lead MBRs/QBRs with carriers to align with roadmaps and mitigate risks.

This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a proactive approach to automation and AI-driven process improvements. The position is based at our El Segundo HQ with a hybrid work schedule, healthcare plans, and an annual bonus program.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience with international and domestic freight (ocean/air).
• Experience managing carrier relationships and KPI management.
• Experience leading MBRs/QBRs with carriers.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with workflow automation and AI-driven improvements.
• Foundational AI literacy and willingness to experiment with new tech.

Responsibilities

• Set up new origin lanes and establish ocean/air operations with carriers.
• Own ocean and air KPI management and performance reviews.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with carriers.
• Manage end-to-end booking for ocean/air to meet sailings/departures.
• Oversee shipment tracking for key accounts.
• Build partnerships across business functions and with vendor partners.
• Contribute insights to cross-functional projects and optimize routes/workflows.
• Support carrier contract negotiations and implement improvements via automation and AI.
• Ensure trade compliance for origin import/export activity.
