Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years KPI frameworks and carrier performance programs.
• 5+ years sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and partnership management.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• Experience with 3PL/4PL, freight forwarding, and ocean/air/domestic.
• Travel up to 40% of the time.
• Extended hours and weekends may be required.

• Develop, execute, and evolve enterprise-wide logistics strategies.
• Establish and manage carrier performance frameworks with KPIs and scorecards.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and carrier partnerships.
• Drive global expansion and optimization of logistics networks.
• Analyze and redesign transportation and distribution methods.
• Define and implement KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Identify cost-reduction and process-improvement opportunities across logistics spend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics with business objectives.
