Genesis Industries, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Logistics Manager to lead our domestic and cross-border transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.

This role will ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and compliant movement of materials and finished goods across multiple regions while partnering with teams to support growing manufacturing operations. You will lead relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and customs brokers, drive cost savings, and ensure on-time

Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Experience with domestic and international freight.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and shipping documents.
• Strong Excel and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic and international transportation and distribution operations.
• Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and customs brokers.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials and finished goods to support production and customers.
• Drive cost savings through optimization of freight, routes, and service levels.
• Partner with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Customer Service teams to align logistics with business needs.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, and process efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Develop, coach, and support logistics team members.
