Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Strong negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in support of the KTN organization.
• Manage a team and plan and organize effectively.
• Solve practical problems, interpret instructions, and deal with variables.
• Complete payroll, planning, and administrative paperwork as assigned.
• Complete and monitor KPIs for the assigned department.
• Prepare and report required departmental reports to upper management.
• Analyze performance, propose, and implement improvements.
• Determine training needs of your team and coordinate implementation.
• Motivate and encourage your team with suggestions for improvements.
• Perform audits to check quality and safety.
• Participate in management meetings such as Planning and CSR.
• Provide quality customer service in diversified situations.
