Job summary

The Chambers Logistics Terminal (CLT) in Baytown, TX is offering a two-year High Potential program with rotations across the complete supply chain from textiles to e-commerce. You will work within a global logistics provider, gaining exposure to multiple projects and networking with colleagues worldwide.

As a participant, you will start with an introductory period and may be assigned a key role in the Consumer Goods Business Unit after proving your leadership and project skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours as needed.
• Ability to plan, execute and complete work with little supervision.
• Natural leader able to communicate across a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a two-year High Potential program across multiple supply chain projects.
• Participate in projects across inbound/outbound shipments, stocking and value‑added services.
• Network with colleagues globally and potentially take a key role within the Consumer Goods Business Unit.
