Job summary

Penske Logistics offers a Logistics Trainee Program designed to develop future leaders in supply chain and logistics operations. The program provides hands-on training across multiple functions and prepares you for leadership roles after graduation.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, leadership experience, and the ability to work in the United States with no visa sponsorship. The program starts on the first of the month and runs for 9–12 months, with relocation considered after

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Data Science/Analytics or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership through school, community, clubs, or the military.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations including customer service, freight loading and unloading, dispatch and proper documentation.
• Lead a small group of hourly associates in a dedicated contract carriage operation after graduation.
• Learn Kaizen methodology and implement Lean processes.
• Ensure safety and adherence to established procedures.
• Aim to meet and exceed location-specific customer goals daily.
