Penske’s Logistics Trainee Program is a structured management trainee experience designed for individuals pursuing supply chain careers and leadership roles. You will receive hands-on training across logistics functions, with exposure to processes, policies, and procedures, and work on shared objectives with collaborative teams.

The program emphasizes fast-paced development, Kaizen and Lean methodologies, and prepares you to lead a small team after graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; leadership track record evident in school, community, military or clubs.
• Willing to relocate based on business needs or upon completion of the program.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available for these positions.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on training across multiple logistics functions.
• Prepare for future leadership roles within Penske Logistics.
• Oversee logistics operations including customer service, dispatch and documentation.
• Learn Kaizen and Lean processes to improve dispatch operations.
• Lead a small group of hourly associates in a dedicated contract carriage operation.
