You will drive digital transformation, implement TMS/WMS solutions, and mentor a global logistics organization, with travel up to 40% and a focus on sustainable, compliant, and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or transportation management.
• Significant experience leading global logistics in complex multinational environments.
• Experience optimizing global logistics networks and leading transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global logistics strategy aligned with business objectives, customer requirements, and operational priorities.
• Design and optimize global transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks to improve service, efficiency, and resilience.
• Drive long-term logistics capabilities that support market expansion, acquisitions, product launches, and changing customer needs.
• Lead discussions regarding service expectations, transportation trade-offs, inventory positioning, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Oversee global transportation operations across all modes and establish relationships with providers.
