Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead the warehouse and distribution operations in Fort Worth, TX. You will oversee receiving, storing, and shipping finished goods while driving continuous improvement and ensuring safe, efficient workflows.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with Lean practices. You will collaborate with planning, exports, and customer care to meet targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of distribution/warehouse experience, or an Associate degree with 7+ years.
• Experience leading hourly workforce and driving continuous improvement is preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge or certification is a plus.

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to an hourly workforce.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees to achieve performance goals.
• Drive change management to improve operational efficiency and transform processes.
