Enovis is seeking a visionary VP of Logistics in Dallas, TX to lead a globally integrated logistics function. You will shape the enterprise-wide strategy across transportation, warehousing, trade compliance, and customer fulfillment, partnering with senior leaders to drive operational excellence and growth.

This role requires deep expertise in global logistics, risk management, and transformational leadership, with a focus on cost efficiency, service levels, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or transportation management.
• Experience leading global logistics organizations in complex multinational environments.
• Proven ability to optimize global logistics networks and lead transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global logistics strategy aligned with business objectives, customer requirements, and operational priorities.
• Design and optimize global transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks.
• Drive long-term logistics capabilities that support market expansion, acquisitions, product launches, and changing customer needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on logistics strategy, network performance, risk, and investment decisions.
• Balance customer service, inventory, cost, speed, sustainability, and risk objectives across the enterprise.
• Oversee global transportation operations across all modes and establish relationships with carriers and partners.
• Lead warehouse and distribution center strategy; optimize footprint and operational efficiency.
• Develop governance and risk management plans for trade compliance and supply continuity.
• Drive digital transformation through analytics, TMS/WMS, and data-driven decision making.
• Promote sustainability objectives and ESG-aligned logistics initiatives.
