Enovis in Dallas, TX is seeking a seasoned VP of Logistics to lead global transportation, warehousing, trade compliance, and customer fulfillment. This role shapes the enterprise logistics strategy and drives cost and service improvements across a highly matrixed organization.

You will partner with senior leaders to design scalable networks, manage providers, and advance digital capabilities to enable growth, resilience, and sustainable logistics globally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or transportation management.
• Experience leading global logistics in complex multinational environments.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global logistics strategy aligned with business objectives and priorities.
• Oversee transportation operations across air, ocean, truckload, parcel, rail, and specialized solutions.
• Lead global warehousing and distribution to optimize footprint and service.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, risk management, and continuity planning.
• Drive digital transformation with TMS/WMS, analytics, and dashboards.
