Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Global Logistics Lead to direct the implementation of our worldwide logistics strategy across carriers and 3PLs. You will lead QBRs, manage partner relations, and drive cost, service, and performance improvements across time zones.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, extensive logistics experience, and the ability to navigate complex supplier ecosystems. This is a full-time, on-site position in the United States with a global scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, operations or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to connect logistics activity to cost, service, risk, and customer impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, SQL, Snowflake or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience supporting quarterly business reviews, RFPs, onboarding, SOPs, or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead global logistics strategy implementation across carriers and 3PLs.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews with agendas, scorecards, and actions.
• Foster constructive logistics partner collaborations and service upgrades.
• Serve as main point of contact for carrier issues and root-cause analysis.
• Onboard external carriers to Transportation Management System workflows.
• Analyze data on transportation cost, service, capacity, and risks.
• Manage contracts, RFPs, rate reviews, and implementation follow-up.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, governance docs, and knowledge repositories.
