Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL service provider focused on supply chain management and e-commerce. We are seeking a Project Manager to drive complex, global projects, from initial RFPs to SOW/MSA negotiation, ensuring timely delivery and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication with internal teams and clients. Travel up to 10% may be required as projects span multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, occasionally more as needed.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex global projects aligning with business and customer objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, IT, Operations, HR, QA, Transportation, Security, Legal and Finance through the full PM lifecycle.
• Understand client requirements and transform them into business models.
• Coordinate initiatives across departments and distribution centers.
• Develop and analyze initial business case, P&L, pricing, and financial simulations.
• Deliver presentations to management, employees, peers, vendors and clients.
• Support sales and identify opportunities for new solutions and expansion into new industries.
• Demonstrate leadership while motivating and maintaining workflow and timelines.
