Factory Motor Parts Company is seeking a driven Location Manager to lead our distribution operation with a focus on service, efficiency and growth, backed by a strong team. This working manager role includes dispatching, customer service, pulling and checking in parts, and warehouse tasks, with accountability for inventory, staff development and P&L results.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an automotive parts distribution leadership role
• 3 years of P&L responsibility
• Strong attention to detail, great communication skills, the capability to analyze reports and information to improve processes and business outcomes, as well as the ability to motivate a dynamic team
• Prior experience with sales and customer interaction a plus
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds routinely
