Slide is seeking a Logistics Lead to own domestic and international shipping operations end to end. This senior individual contributor role requires building scalable processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and hands-on management of outbound fulfillment, carrier relationships, and inventory flow.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in logistics with deep knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, export controls, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in logistics, freight, or supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of international shipping rules, Incoterms, and export compliance
• Experience preparing commercial invoices and customs paperwork

Responsabilités

• Own outbound shipping for finished systems and RMAs, domestic and international
• Manage carrier relationships and rate negotiations; maintain logistics workflows
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of customs documentation and export declarations
• Coordinate freight, pallet moves, and route selection based on cost and timing
• Set packing standards for high-value electronics and maintain SOPs for shipping
