  • Coordinate freight, palletized shipments, LTL, and quarterly bulk moves; select modes and routes based on cost, timing, and destination requirements
  • Resolve customs holds, delays, and carrier issues; act as primary contact with customs brokers and freight forwarders
  • Identify opportunities to reduce duties, taxes, and shipping costs through accurate tariff classification and applicable trade programs, partnering with external experts as needed

  • Set and enforce packing standards for high-value electronics to prevent damage and meet international compliance requirements
  • Own processes and controls for inbound receiving, inventory intake, tagging, stock location accuracy, and cycle counts
  • Maintain shipping SOPs, compliance checklists, and audit-ready records
  • Work closely with hardware assembly, operations, and finance teams on shipping costs, forecasts, and deployment schedules
  • Establish and track logistics KPIs, including on-time delivery, shipping cost, customs delays, damage rates, and inventory accuracy; identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and scale shipping and inventory workflows as order volume and international reach grow
  • Train and mentor Logistics Associates; set the quality bar for the logistics function
