Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain management.
• Experience with Asian suppliers or distribution partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international freight operations across TL, LTL, ocean, air, parcel, and intermodal.
• Develop transportation strategies optimizing cost, service, and transit times.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery requirements.
• Monitor carrier performance and service levels; address gaps.
• Identify opportunities to reduce freight costs and improve efficiency.
• Manage international import/export compliance and HTS classifications.
• Maintain relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and brokers.
• Validate ASN accuracy and align shipment data with customers.
• Audit freight invoices for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Develop logistics KPIs and monthly leadership reports.
• Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and IT teams.
