Strong vendor management, data analysis, and e-Commerce experience are essential to success. The position supports ongoing projects, maintains carrier relationships, and ensures timely transit across global lanes.

Qualifications

• Experience in enhancing delivery networks for direct to consumer shipping solutions to improve transportation cost, speed, and customer experience.
• Experience in an e-Commerce environment and deep understanding of the D2C landscape.
• Vendor management experience to drive success for the end consumer.
• Problem analysis and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with international logistics companies to ensure outbound shipments are processed timely and economically.
• Build relationships with carriers to resolve delivery issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop new delivery programs and processes for the assigned lanes and carriers.
• Set up and continually improve shipping processes for the lanes and carriers.
• Perform data analysis and research for lanes and projects.
• Follow up with freight forwarders and logistics vendors daily to ensure timely transit.
• Attend corporate meetings and support assigned projects as needed.
