Job summary

Century Trucking is seeking a logistics professional to manage international inbound and outbound shipments (excluding Canada) from our Hickory, NC plant. The role involves coordinating container deliveries, validating ASN accuracy, and processing freight bills for the accounting team.

You will collaborate with vendors, track orders, and support rate negotiations while handling inventory counts and related duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages International Inbound and Outbound shipments (excluding Canada).
• Handles other container related duties that are classified as freight/transportation.
• Works with vendors to schedule container deliveries, checks Advanced Ship Notice (ASN) for accuracy.
• Codes Freight Bills and sends to Accounting Department.
• Manages the tracking and communication of White Glove Delivery and Expedited orders.
• Assist with rate negotiations and communications.
• Does Inventory Counts and other duties as assigned.
