Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage international inbound and outbound shipments (excluding Canada) and related freight activities. You will coordinate with vendors on container deliveries, verify ASN accuracy, and route freight bills to Accounting.

The role also tracks White Glove and Expedited orders, negotiates rates, and performs regular inventory counts. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with MS Excel/Word/email, and SAP knowledge is a

• Competency in MS Excel, WORD, web browser, and e-mail.
• SAP knowledge and experience is a definite plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages International Inbound and Outbound shipments (excluding Canada).
• Handles other container related duties that are classified as freight/transportation.
• Works with vendors to schedule container deliveries, checks Advanced Ship Notice (ASN) for accuracy.
• Codes Freight Bills and sends to Accounting Department.
• Manages the tracking and communication of White Glove Delivery and Expedited orders.
• Assist with rate negotiations and communications.
• Does Inventory Counts and other duties as assigned.
