Job summary
Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Associate Director, Logistics Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement to drive global programs across transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
You will lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen initiatives, build KPI-based performance management, and partner with Finance to track savings and productivity targets, while advancing automation and digital transformation in the logistics network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
- 10+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations roles.
- 5+ years in leadership, cross-functional teams, and transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global Logistics Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement program.
- Identify and execute productivity initiatives across transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and deploy Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and CI methodologies.
- Drive logistics cost reduction and service improvements.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for performance gaps.
- Establish and monitor logistics KPIs and scorecards.
- Partner with regional teams to standardize best practices.
- Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives in logistics.
