Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or operations.
• Minimum 5 years leading advanced LSS projects.
• Expert-level analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Lean Six Sigma initiatives for global impact.
• Facilitate major Kaizen events and value-stream redesign.
• Mentor and coach Sr Engineers and Green Belts.
