Job summary

Revelyst Outdoor is seeking a Director of Global Logistics to lead our global logistics operations, overseeing transportation, warehousing, and distribution while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and service.

This executive role requires a strong track record in global logistics, strategic planning, budgeting, and supplier negotiations. Based in California with regional office options, you will mentor a global team and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, logistics, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 12+ years in logistics or supply chain management.
• 7+ years in a leadership role; consumer goods exp preferred.
• Strong knowledge of global logistics, trade regs, and customs.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ERP and TMS systems.
• Ability to manage budgets and strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global logistics strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the global logistics team for high performance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production to ensure seamless ops.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics, including transport, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs.
• Monitor logistics metrics and drive cost reductions and efficiency.
• Negotiate with global and regional suppliers for best cost/service.
• Manage Revelyst contracts for Parcel, Ocean, LTL, and dedicated fleets.
• Build relationships with carriers and 3PLs; select strategic partners.
• Develop and manage the logistics budget and financial analyses.
• Present reports on costs, trends, and performance to leadership.
• Identify process improvements to boost speed and accuracy.
