Job summary

Aspen Surgical is seeking a logistics-focused analyst to optimize shipping, warehousing, and compliance across international trade. You will leverage data analytics tools to identify trends, reduce costs, and improve efficiency across distribution networks.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate master data in SAP/IFS, review carrier invoices, and develop KPI dashboards to monitor on-time delivery, transit times, and landed costs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, focusing on operations.
• Proficient in data analytics and data visualization tools such as Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for reporting.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/IFS a plus).
• Working knowledge of Incoterms and import/export regulations.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data analytics and AI tools to identify trends for process enhancements in logistics.
• Analyze transportation data, freight costs, and carrier performance to identify improvements.
• Assist with trade compliance audits and maintain accurate logistics records.
• Review and update master data related to international shipping (HTS, TARIC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize distribution and logistics.
• Track shipment status and resolve delays; support budgeting and procurement.
• Prepare and maintain international shipping documentation and coordinate with brokers.
• Provide logistics support to Customer Service, Finance, Regulatory Affairs.
• Review carrier invoices for accuracy and research discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain carrier scorecards and KPI dashboards.
• Monitor duty and tariff changes and impact on landed cost.
• Maintain shipment, carrier, and cost data in the ERP (SAP/IFS).
• Other duties as needed.
