Job summary

Envista is seeking a Trade Compliance and Logistics Analyst supporting Orascoptic’s domestic and international supply chain. You will manage trade compliance and logistics activities, advise partners on customs, import/export, FDA, transportation, and documentation, and drive cost-efficient, timely material movement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in trade compliance, international logistics, or related areas.
• Experience supporting multi-country logistics including cross-border transportation and broker coordination.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. import/export requirements and European trade rules.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages inbound/outbound trade compliance and resolves complex shipment issues.
• Analyzes import/export transactions for accuracy, risk, and compliance with tariff/classification rules.
• Maintains tariff schedules, country-of-origin data, and documentation in systems.
• Leads internal/external audits and drives corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Supports training and guidance for manufacturing, procurement, regulatory, and finance teams.
• Coordinates European logistics planning, carrier performance, and cross-border requirements.
• Develops dashboards and reports to monitor trade and logistics performance.
• Establishes standard processes and controls to reduce errors and improve compliance.
